View reports
Admin users can easily view reports, based on their permissions.
Click Reports, then select your desired report.
Users with the View WO Report role permission can see:
| Report | Description |

| Shows the total number of requests in a set time frame and the average number of days requests are open. | |
| SLA (Service level agreement) | Shows the total number of requests that are linked to an SLA; as well as the number that are compliant, at risk, and have breached either the first response and/or resolution time. |
| Charges | Shows all charges in the district, such as number of charges, amount, payments amount, and balance, for a set time period. |
| Asset Depreciation |
Shows the total accumulated depreciation value and total net book value. |
| Asset Check-Out | Shows all asset checkout instances for asset records in a set date range. |
| Asset Type Check-Out | Shows which users have zero, one, or multiple assets with the same resource type checked out to them. |
| Inventory Tracking | Shows the total change in quantity for each inventory item used within a certain time period. Each inventory item also shows every individual change made for the set time frame. |
| Inventory Consumption | Shows the total number of inventory items used, as well as the total cost of those items for a certain time period. |
| Inventory Received | Shows the total number of inventory items received, as well as the total cost of those items for a certain time period. |
| Inventory Request | Shows all inventory requests for selected dates. |
| Inventory Request Detail | Shows details for all inventory requests for selected dates. |
| Chart | Lets you build a donut chart using your own widgets to view and customize request data. |

| (Request) Summary Dashboard | Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts with request data, such as the total, open, and closed requests, along with requests submitted and completed based on various criteria. |
| Labor Dashboard | Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts showing labor costs, such as by hour, user, month, and building. |
| Facilities Asset Dashboard | For all Facilities items shows bar, column, pie, and line charts showing total number of active assets, number of assets assigned to each user, total asset value, total labor costs on assets, total inventory costs, total transaction costs, and more. |
| Technology Asset Dashboard | For all Technology items. Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts showing total number of active assets, number of assets assigned to each user, total asset value, total labor costs on assets, total inventory costs, total transaction costs, and more. |
| Total Cost Dashboard | Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts showing total costs, such as per request, labor, and building. |
